From pattern to paint

  1. Open a design and download its stencil. Print a small test before choosing your final size.
  2. Cut out the black areas. Keep the white bridges: they hold the sheet together.
  3. Secure the stencil and dab on a light coat of paint. Test the material and paint on scrap first.
  4. Let the paint dry, then reposition the stencil using your own measured spacing.

Why the little gaps?

Those gaps are bridges. They connect the retained parts of the stencil so enclosed shapes do not fall out when you cut. Each pattern in this collection has been digitally checked for disconnected islands.

These are spaced motifs, not seamless wallpaper tiles. For a repeating wall pattern, mark a level grid and check your spacing before painting. Physical strength depends on your material and final cutting size.
