How to Draw Stencil Bridges by Hand

When the automatic fix puts a bridge somewhere that spoils the artwork, you can place it yourself. Drag a short line from the loose piece to solid material and it stays attached.

Follow these steps

  1. Expand a layer and choose Draw bridges yourself.
  2. Find a pink highlighted piece that you want to keep attached.
  3. Drag a short line from that piece into the surrounding stencil.
  4. Release to add the bridge. Use Undo to try another position, or Done when you are happy.
