How to use a christmas stencil
- Pick a design and open it. Check the layer count: one layer is the quickest to cut.
- Download the PDF and print a small test at about 10cm before you print the final size.
- Cut the black areas with a sharp craft knife. Keep the thin white bridges: they hold the middle bits in place.
- For windows, spray a light dusting of snow spray from about 30cm. For cards, dab paint on with a sponge that is almost dry.
- Lift the stencil straight up while the paint is still a little wet so the edges stay crisp.
