How to use a mandala stencil
- Open a design and print a test. Mandalas have fine detail, so check it at your final size.
- For a large piece, use tiled printing (Pro) and tape the sheets together on the centre lines, or have the PDF printed large at a print shop.
- Cut from the centre outwards with a fresh blade, keeping every bridge.
- Mark the centre point on your surface and line the stencil up with it.
- Dab the paint on in thin coats with an almost-dry stencil brush.

Make your own wall stencilQuestions
Are these mandala stencils free?
Yes. Anyone can browse them, and downloading the PDF is free with a free account. SVG and DXF files for cutting machines are Pro.
How do I stencil a mandala on a floor?
Clean and degloss the floor, tape the stencil down, use floor paint with an almost-dry roller or brush, then seal with a floor varnish once dry.
Can I cut a mandala stencil on a Cricut?
Yes, with the SVG version. Choose a design with chunkier bridges for vinyl so it weeds cleanly.
What size mandala stencil should I print?
Measure the space and leave about 10% margin. Wall centrepieces usually look right between 60cm and 1m across.
